In battle, Harrowers remain behind screens of lesser Terminus destroyers and squadrons of fighters, putting their complement of turbolasers to use at range. While much fewer in number than the Terminus-class destroyers, dreadnoughts serve as line of battle ships and command vessels in Imperial fleets. Such a pride of place in the Imperial navy means the Harrower-class is also top choice for the flagship of conquest-oriented Sith Lords.
